💡 How this prototype works: each pane embeds the actual deployed design for that page, full desktop width — nothing is scaled or reflowed to fit, so a narrower pane clips content and scrolls to reach it (same rule as the War Room split). This build stacks two full independent copies of the app (two rails, two headers) to demo the concept fast — the real version should share one rail/shell across both panes instead of duplicating it. That's the Option A→B tradeoff from the advisory; an engineering call for Adam/Theo, not a design one.✕
